Hi there and welcome to Carry On Racing. My name is Shaun and I discovered horse racing at a very
early age while on holiday at Great Yarmouth. I was only 13 and remember my dad put fifty pence on
the great Chaplin's Club for me which duely won. I grew up with the great Willie Carson, Pat Eddery and
through the great Peter Scudamore and Martine Pipe days. That same holiday we went to Bath race
course after which I was hooked. Since then I have looked at different ways to get involved in the sport
and like so many people I found it hard to find an avenue. I have been a member of several racing clubs
and tipping lines and even ran a one back when I was about 17, and later on promoted a racing magazine
with mixed amount good times and bad. Now 20 years on, with the aid of the Internet and a lot of
determination and a lot of friends in racing, from selling horses to working with the trainers of Scotland I
can bring you a truly Scottish based Racing Club. I am not saying we will never stable a horse with a trainer
who is not base here, because I am always looking and talking to trainers all over the rest of the UK and
Ireland and I now have very good contacts in Europe due to the bloodstock sales which means finding
good un raced horses for the club is a lot easer and more rewarding. I have several goals in setting this
venture up, but the one which is closest to my harts is help the unsung hero's of this great sport
through our association with the Racing Welfare. The other is to give you t he best racing club in Scotland
and eventually the UK and Ireland. Our online magazine is also there for you to express your love of the
Sport, so please sending us your thoughts, articles jokes and much more. To join us is simple and rewarding
whatever part of Carry On Racing you decide to become part of, wither it be as a writer for the online
Magazine, a member of our Racing Club, or joining one of our information lines, what ever your decision I
am sure you will soon be another one of our very satisfied customer.
Membership to the racing club come in several format and allows people
from all back ground to be get involved. First there's our £99 for one
year membership. This gives you the opportunity to not only get
involvement with our club horses but allows you the opportunity to join
our Carry On Racing information line at a cost of only £50 a month.
Price with out being a member £100 a month. Our second level is our
Exclusive 300 Club. Costing £1250 for the year you get to be close to
the action of horse ownership with out the risks, chance to rub shoulders
with sporting stars, celebrity and into the parade ring and winner
enclosure, share of winning prize money and a personal contact number direct to me. The Private
Bets are for people who like a good bet and take their betting very seriously, theses are my own personal
bets. I only have limited places on this service such is the nature of the these bets that they are to the
odds of £50 with losers deduct able. These are very occasional bets only 2 to 3 a week.
