1. The first thing is patience. With out this you will never make your racing pay, for the bookies thrive on giving
you as much racing as possible, so my first advice is specialize. Keep a record of your bets and when you see a
winning pattern in a certain age group or race type then concentrate on that area. You might be surprised at the
results.

computer form books or a racing news paper or just one of the great online rating services, the more info you have

very rare thing happens back your hunch as a single win bet. I think you will again be surprised at the results.
6. Deafness. Yes I hear you cry. Deafness? How many time do you hear about the talking horse. The money horse.

the rats following the pied piper into the sea. Drowning your sorrows as it comes in last at half the odds you got in
the morning. Hardly a consolation, especially since the one you were going to back, won at ten to one. So remember
loss of hearing is some times not a bad thing.
7. Good sense of smell. Good sense of smell?, now I know you think I am completely mad but listen. If you cant smell
anything how do you know when people are talking bull excrement. Remember number six. Do not listen to gossip and
hype follow yourself, its much more satisfying to lose on your own.
8. The pin up Jockeys. Wither there a good looking male or female Jockey, do not be tempted by their fit bodies, as
we all know that looks are not everything, personality and, wait a minute, what am I talking about, back the bodies.
9. Luck. Look for pennies on the ground and do not back a horse until you find one. If your race is about to start, ask
the person next to you to drop a penny so you can find it and pick it up. They say you have to make your own luck in
life so its ok to cheat.
10. Death. A rich auntie dies and leaves you her million pound fortune, you buy a bookmakers business and never bet
again, just lay though's horses you once backed.
